Experience working within a media house or digital agency will be considered a strong asset., Language Skills: Very good command of English, enabling fluent business and technical communication., Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)., Data Analytics: Ability to analyze data from various sources (GA4, CRM, UX tools, external reports, and market research)., Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in data acquisition, interpretation, and translation into business insights., Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects., Growth Mindset: Willingness to develop professionally and share knowledge with the team., Execution: A track record of achieving goals and delivering results based on success indicators (KPIs)., Communication: Openness, fluid information exchange, clarity, and transparency in messaging., Accountability: Responsibility for task execution, including meeting deadlines, prioritization, and accuracy., Proactivity & Openness: Active problem-solving, taking initiative, drawing conclusions from data, and the ability to both express opinions and listen to others.
