Distribution Center Manager (K/M)

Zakres obowiązków Manage and oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams Analyze operational data and prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover) Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility infrastructur Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) Wymagania Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Leadership and team development Operational efficiency and process improvement Data analysis and decision making Oferujemy Stable employment based on an employment contract signed directly with our Client’s company Attractive salary Private medical care MultiSport card Life insurance Fully on-site position
