Proven experience in a luxury hotel environment, ideally within a front-of-house, guest-facing role such as Doorman, Concierge, or Guest Services., A natural ability to deliver exceptional, personalised service with genuine warmth, elegance, and attention to detail., Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with international guests., Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the refined image of Raffles., A proactive and anticipatory mindset, with the ability to recognise and respond to guest needs before they are expressed., Experience handling luggage and assisting guests with care, discretion, and efficiency., Ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintaining a flexible and supportive approach in a fast-paced environment., Good knowledge of the local area, with the ability to provide insightful recommendations and directions., A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to delivering consistently high standards., Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable., A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
