The company delivers innovative products used by customers worldwide and continues to expand its e-commerce presence across multiple markets.🧩 Your ResponsibilitiesAs an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing online sales channels:E-commerce & Partner ManagementMaintain and develop relationships with e-commerce partnersCoordinate promotional and marketing activities across partner platformsMarketplace Management (Allegro & others)Monitor pricing accuracy and ensure compliance with pricing policiesPlan and manage promotional campaigns (Allegro Ads, discounts, coupons)Optimize sales performance and campaign effectivenessPricing & Market AnalysisMonitor competitor pricing across online channelsPrepare regular reports and recommend optimization actionsHandle discussions with partners regarding pricing policy complianceSales & Operations SupportSupport order processing in SAPMonitor order fulfillment and coordinate timelines with partnersPerformance & ReportingAnalyze sales performance, campaigns, and ROIProvide actionable insights and recommendationsE-commerce Channel DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Empik, Mall)Conduct market and competitor analysis (SEO, pricing, campaigns)Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals)Plan and execute SEM campaigns (Google Ads, remarketing)Manage budgets and KPIs for online growthCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Logistics, and IT teamsSupport integrations and automation of e-commerce processes✅ RequirementsExperience in e-commerce / marketplace managementStrong understanding of platforms like Allegro (Amazon or others is a plus)Experience with pricing strategy, promotions, and campaign managementAnalytical mindset with ability to work with data and reportsFamiliarity with SEO, SEM, and online sales optimizationExperience with SAP or similar systems (nice to have)Very good communication skills and ability to work independently⭐ Nice to HaveExperience in IoT / electronics / consumer tech industryKnowledge of feed managers and marketplace integrationsUnderstanding of automation tools and e-commerce ecosystems🎯 What’s in It for YouFully remote work modelStable employment (UoP)Opportunity to work with a global leader in smart home & IoTReal impact on e-commerce growth and strategyDynamic, international environmentIf you're interested, feel free to apply or reach out for more details 😊
