The role focuses on coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Health & Safety Manager in daily environmental and H&S activitiesConducting environmental and H&S training sessionsParticipating in inspections, audits, and compliance checks, including inspections conducted by regulatory authoritiesSupporting incident investigations and related documentationPreparing and maintaining H&S and environmental proceduresCoordinating environmental and H&S measurements, inspections, and reportsSupporting Integrated Management System activitiesParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives driven by corporate requirementsParticipating in plant expansion projectsRequirements Higher education meeting Polish legal requirements for an Occupational Health and Safety SpecialistMinimum 3 years of experience in H&S or environmental roles within a production environmentBasic knowledge of environmental regulationsGood organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage tasks and follow proceduresWillingness to learn and developEnglish at a communicative level (minimum required)Work Environment: This position, based in Poland, requires on-site presence at our facility in Lublin, with the possibility of occasional remote work up to the statutory limit of 24 days per year.Salary Range: 93,750 - 131,000 PLN gross annually (based on a 12-month pay cycle). The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as internal pay equity and market standards.
