English Language Teacher (Native Speaker) – Children & Teenagers

El Primer Paso & English Academy is looking for a native English-speaking teacher to join our team and work with children and teenagers in Rzeszów.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Communicative Polish is REQUIRED. You must be able to communicate with students, parents, and the team in Polish. This is a key requirement for this position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native speaker of English

• Communicative Polish — mandatory

• Availability:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00–17:00
  • Friday: 8:00–15:00 (if schedule allows, we don't work on Fridays)

• Responsibility, reliability, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm

• Willingness to grow and participate in training

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct engaging and well-structured language classes
• Follow the teaching schedule
• Monitor students’ progress
• Maintain lesson records and documentation
