Wymagania
Proven experience in sales of low- and medium-voltage VFDs or similar industrial electrical equipment, including a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Manager or equivalent)., Strong understanding of industrial and Motion Control markets and how complex technical products are sold on international markets., Hands-on sales mindset: ability to personally lead key deals, long sales cycles, and strategic customer relationships., Experience building and developing sales teams (BDMs, regional sales), with a focus on results rather than rigid hierarchy., Confident communicator and negotiator, able to work across cultures and functions., English - fluent (C1); Polish - fluent (C1); additional languages are a plus.
