Wymagania
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar), Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within HR Administration or Employee Services, Strong HR knowledge with a solid understanding of German labour law and German wage tax law, High level of accuracy and attention to detail; works meticulously and ensures tasks are completed with a high degree of precision, Well-structured working style with strong planning and organizing skills, Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks, Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset and focus on stakeholder management, Decisive and solution-oriented; able to independently plan and manage own work and solve problems, High stress resilience and ability to perform effectively under time pressure or in challenging circumstances, Adaptable and flexible in response to changing situations, priorities or working conditions, Strong analytical skills, Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Hansalog and Gfos, Fluency in German and English (C1).
