Financial Planning & Analysis
Assisting in the preparation of IT budgets and forecasts (CAPEX and OPEX)
Tracking actuals vs. budget and supporting variance analysis
Support the IT staff in tracking CAPEX projects throughout all stages of their lifecycle Reporting & Data Management
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
Consolidating data from multiple systems (ERP, procurement, asset tools) Governance & Compliance
Supporting adherence to internal financial policies Process & Data Improvements
Supporting automation initiatives, improvements in financial processes Collaboration & Project Support
Interacting with IT and Finance teams
Supporting month end closing activities

Final-year student or bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (Finance, Information Systems or another analytical discipline)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
Basic understanding of financial concepts
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
Advantageous: experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Power BI Personal
Analytical and detail oriented mindset
Willing to learn and ask questions
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
Motivation to grow and advance within financial or IT functions
