IT Director (FMCG)

Zakres obowiązków Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with business and production objectives Full accountability for IT infrastructure, business applications, and service continuity (SLA) Manage the IT/OT interface, including integrations between ERP, MES, WMS, and SCADA Oversee cybersecurity, IT policies, and compliance with NIS2 and GDPR Own the ERP landscape (currently SAP Business One) and lead upgrade or transformation initiatives Lead IT projects and manage technology-related risks Manage IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and prioritize investments Cooperate with external vendors, integrators, and technology partners Lead and develop an internal IT team of 7 people Ensure high-quality IT support for production, logistics, and back-office functions Wymagania Minimum 5-7 years of experience as IT Director / Head of IT / CIO Proven background in a manufacturing company, preferably FMCG, operating in a 24/7 environment Strong knowledge of: Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualized environments; ERP systems (SAP Business One or other enterprise-class ERPs) Hands-on experience with: IT/OT environments and production system integrations Cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (NIS2 is a strong asset) Ability to manage budgets, priorities, and investment constraints Mature leadership and communication skills English B2 Oferujemy A key, decision-making role with real impact on business and production Opportunity to lead the technology department in a large FMCG organisation.
