About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility is to support clients through various channels (phone support is not provided), resolve their questions and issues, and guide them in using the system. You also participate in system testing to identify potential bugs and areas for improvement, and provide input to the development team.
  • In addition, you support the onboarding of new clients, conduct user trainings, and create and update training materials. You also monitor client-specific developments and help evaluate their effectiveness.
  • This is a dynamic role where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the development of an innovative platform.

  • Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Basic knowledge of technology and digital solutions

Optional

  • Polish language skills: We are primarily looking for a candidate who speaks Polish, as it is important for the day-to-day work in this role. However, this is not a formal requirement – if a suitable candidate with the right experience and profile is not found, we are open to considering other strong candidates.
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Experience in the car sales industry
  • Experience with software testing or conducting user training
  • You are independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You enjoy communicating with clients and are capable of finding solutions even in more complex situations.
