As a Tech Lead, you will own the technical direction of a cross-functional squad (developers, QA Engineer, Business Analyst) and ensure high-quality delivery across both backend and frontend layers. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will split your time between coding, architectural decision-making, and mentoring the team. The project is fully greenfield, giving you the opportunity to shape architecture, development standards, and engineering culture from day one. Each Tech Lead works closely with a Delivery Manager (shared across several teams).
