Education, Master, other certification:, • JD or Master of Law degree (or equivalent) from a reputable university, • Lawyer (trainee attorney-at-law or fully qualified Legal Counsel) – JUNIOR/MID, , Experience:, • Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house within commercial or sales‑related areas, • Experience resolving legal issues efficiently and making quick risk‑based assessments, • Experience prioritizing conflicting demands in a fast‑paced environment, , Technical Skills:, • Knowledge of German law (as an asset), • Ability to quickly identify risks and propose pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions, , Languages Skills:, • Excellent written and spoken English is a must, • Excellent written and spoken German is a must, , Soft/Behavioral Skills:, • Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset, • High attention to detail and strong motivation, willingness to grow within the role and beyond, • Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment, • Strong ethics and alignment with Bridgestone values, • High level of integrity and business ethics
