Junior Project Manager – Quality and Delivery (f/m)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager – Quality and Delivery to join our international IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a career in IT and Process project management, gain hands‑on experience in project delivery and quality assurance, and grow in a dynamic, modern organization.

You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and international teams, supporting the day‑to‑day execution of projects, ensuring high quality, clear communication, and structured delivery.

Junior Project Manager – Quality and Delivery (f/m)

International IT Projects

Location: Katowice, Witosa/Załęże (hybrid)

Employment type: Full‑time

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting Project Managers in the operational delivery of international IT and Process projects
• Monitoring tasks, milestones, timelines, and delivery quality
• Performing quality checks on tickets, requirements, and project documentation
• Cooperating with IT, support, and business stakeholders
• Preparing reports, summaries, and status updates for project teams and management
• Maintaining project documentation and data consistency (e.g. SharePoint, project tools)
• Supporting and organizing project meetings (agendas, notes, follow‑ups)
• Identifying risks, delays, or inconsistencies and escalating them when needed
• Gradually taking ownership of selected project areas or workstreams

Tools and environment:

• Project and ticket management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira – depending on the project)

• Microsoft 365 / SharePoint

• Microsoft Copilot and AI tools, used to:

  • support documentation and summaries,
  • analyze data and project information,
  • improve communication and productivity

(Advanced AI knowledge is not required — openness to using modern tools is key.)

• A person at an early stage of a career in project management, IT, process, quality, analysis, or operations

• Good command of English (daily communication in projects)

• Flexible and willing to go on occasional business trips

• Nice to have:

  • first experience in IT projects,
  • familiarity with project or ticketing tools,
  • interest in quality, process improvement, or automation
  • German language skills
