Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts)

Master’s degree in Law or LLB (a completed Master’s degree is required; bar admission is not needed)., 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law., Fluency in English is mandatory., Proficiency in German or another EU language is a significant advantage., Prior in-house experience or experience with a leading international law firm is highly desirable., Strong experience in implementing and supporting AI-based CLM systems., Excellent knowledge of commercial contract law and practices., Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills., Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously., Tech-savvy with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve legal processes.
