Your tasks:
- Responding to offline tickets in real time to content creators’ inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.
- Receiving creators’ requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.
- Collaborating in an international back-office environment (no phone or email contact with creators).
- Cooperation in a 24/7 shift format - day, night, weekend shifts - schedule determined according to your needs!
Our expectations:
- Fluent knowledge of French (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Willingness to provide shift assignments on a 24/7 basis.
- Availability for a minimum of 140 hours a month and a minimum of 2 weekends per month.
- Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility.
- Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.
- Willingness to cooperate fully from the office in the city centre of Poznań.
