Manufacturing Engineer (w/m/n)

Proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level is an ENTRY REQUIREMENT for applying , A University degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred; degrees: Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer, Required Trainings: in electrical/electronics (2+ Years) and in mechanical engineering (2+ Years). , Required Experience: working in an electrical/electronics manufacturing facility (2+ Years) and Mechanical experience in a manufacturing facility (2+ Years). , We are looking for someone with Initiative to do the right thing, with leadership skills to oversee/interact professionally, with positive attitude, cooperation, and willingness to take direction and work with a diverse group of people., The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully, culturally competent and collaboratively. Excellent Ability to communicate in verbal, written and electronic forms in a professional manner when working with employees, vendors and company contacts, Must have legal authorization to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship., Having training and/or experience in CAD Software (Solidworks) and/or Lean Manufacturing systems would be a plus., Experience in soldering small electronic parts and/or HVAC/R operations would be a plus.
