Manufacturing Quality Manager (m/f) PCS (Photonics Connectivity Solutions), CPO (Co-Packaged Optics)

8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, process quality, or supplier quality within photonics, semiconductors, advanced packaging, or high‑precision manufacturing environments., Prior leadership experience managing quality engineers or leading quality programs in a manufacturing setting., Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and reliability testing., Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and scale‑up to high‑volume manufacturing., Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, influencing manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams., Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey quality risks, tradeoffs, and improvement plans to technical and non‑technical stakeholders., Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field required; advanced degree or quality certification (e.g., ASQ) preferred.
