Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in promotional materials, POS, printed materials, or textiles, Presence at the factory in Nowy Tomyśl: at least once every two weeks, and presence at the office in Poznań at least once a week., Strong negotiation and communication skills with a structured and organized approach to work, Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems, Understanding of inventory management and supplier relationship management, English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written), Sense of responsibility for product safety, quality, and compliance with legal requirements, Additional advantages: experience in marketing, knowledge of international sourcing/import processes, German language skills, experience in master data management, and ability to work cross-functionally in teams
