For one of our clients, we are looking for a MDM Administrator.Responsibilities:Centralized management of the large-scale mobile device environment (where the number of mobile devices is more than thousand)Daily mobile devices administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting)Planning and preparing distribution of operating systemsPlanning and preparing distribution of applicationsPerforming scripting and configurations distributionEnforcing and monitoring application of the security policiesReporting on the configuration standard(s) enforcement and compliance statusAdvising, proposing and implementing proposing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades Other specific duties as assigned by the team leaderKnowledge:Excellent knowledge of centralized mobile device management solutionsExcellent knowledge of mobile device configuration standardsExcellent knowledge of IT security standardsExperience in the large-scale deployment and administration of the mobile devices management solutionsWell understanding of complex information systems and their interoperabilityKnowledge of IT end user’s infrastructureRequirements:At least 5 years of experience in ITAt least 3 years of experience administering a Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM platformMicrosoft Azure architecture knowledgeApple Business Manager knowledgeExcellent knowledge of the iOS device configurationExcellent knowledge of iOS SecurityKnowledge of iOS application distribution (third party and “Line of Business” apps)Excellent knowledge of JAMF solutionExcellent communication skills (in written and verbal communication)Open minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skillsVery strong sense of responsibilityAccuracy and attention to detailsFriendly, supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service-oriented attitudeAbility to work in stressful environment with minimal supervisionHigh level of motivation and initiativeCertificate in English (min.
