Melett is a trusted supplier of turbocharges and turbo parts to aftermarket. Our compant is part of BMTS Technology group., , This is a role within Melett Poland in which you will conduct reverse engineering and New Product Development of aftermarket turbochargers and their component parts for the wider Melett group., , Reporting to the Senior Development Engineer and working in collaboration with the UK Engineering team, you will be directly responsible for design development of new products., , This is an extremely diverse role that will appeal to an ambitious Engineer who is looking for rapid career development and the opportunity to shape their working Environment. After completing your initial training, you will be covering all aspects of the reverse Engineering process which will include travel to the UK head office.
Wymagania
A background in Engineering design and product development , Experience of New Product Development including design, verification & validation , Experience in the design on precision assemblies , Knowledge of precision measurement and general engineering principles , Communicative English language - written and spoken , Hands-on experience of 3D CAD, ideally Solid Works , Hands on experience of product design and development , Understanding and application of design for manufacture and assembly , Practical application of GD&T and general engineering principles , Passion for product development & R&D , Organised, good planning skills , Excellent communication skills , Excellent team working skills , Commercial awareness , Experience in reverse engineering, Experience in precision measurements (e.g. using a CMM, 3D scanner or optical projector), Understanding of following product quality processes
