Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Responsible for CRM support and user enablement.
Lead smaller CRM projects and process enhancements from start to finish.
Support business functions in translating their needs into CRM features in line with current infrastructure.
Coordinate tasks with Junior CRM Specialists and guide them on operational issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the CRM system supports business development effectively.

Practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM tool
Fluent business English (C1 level) is a must-have
Ability to work autonomously on initiatives while staying aligned with broader team goals
Strong team spirit combined with a clear sense of ownership for the system
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional interactions effectively
A structured mindset with strong attention to detail
