Network Engineer

Location: 100% remote work Salary: 100–160 PLN/hour, depending on experience (mid/senior) (B2B via Experis)Tasks• Operate and maintain enterprise data center and edge network infrastructure• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents in customer environments• Implement approved network changes in coordination with the client• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance with financial‑sector requirements• Produce and maintain clear, high‑quality technical documentation• Work closely with customer teams and internal stakeholdersRequirements• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus (3K / 5K / 9K) and Catalyst platforms• Strong understanding of IP networking and L2/L3 protocols including TCP/IP, VLAN, VRRP, LACP, MC‑LAG, EVPN/VXLAN, DHCP, DNS• Strong knowledge and practical experience with dynamic routing protocols OSPF and BGP• Strong hands-on experience with NGFW platforms Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point• Experience with edge security and CDN platforms such as Cloudflare• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and network management tools including Zabbix, NetFlow, SIEM solutions such as QRadar, IPAM / DCIM tools such as NetBox, and Git• Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex production environments• Ability to work independently and take full ownership• Fluent English spoken and written• Strong technical documentation skills• Network automation experience with Ansible, Python, and Git-based workflows• DevOps mindset and experience integrating networking into automated processes• Hands-on experience with NetBox IPAM / DCIMOffer• Multisport card• Private healthcare• Access to an e‑learning platform• Group life insurance
