Wymagania
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred), Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable processes, Good communication and stakeholder management skills, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, Understanding of OTC cycle (billing, cash application), Experience in transition projects- would be an asset, Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), Availability to work on-site in Gdynia 4 days per week.
