About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end payroll vendor implementation activities ensuring smooth migration from existing to new payroll systems.
  • Conduct country-level workshops, coordinate UAT, oversee parallel test runs, and manage cutover planning.
  • Provide expert advice on payroll implementation approaches, risk management, and program delivery.
  • Manage governance processes, including RAID logs, status reporting, and toll-gate reviews.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors, internal HR/Finance teams, and third-party integrators on configuration, testing, and cutover.
  • Supervise validation of payroll configurations, integrations, data conversions, and employee data loads.
  • Ensure go-live readiness, hypercare support coordination, and post-migration stabilization.
  • Facilitate communication between global PMO, local teams, and vendors for timely issue resolution.
  • Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years experience in payroll implementation (with proven expertise in vendor migrations).
  • At least 3+ years in a lead consultant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, vendor systems, integration points.
  • Experience managing multi-country payroll implementations.
  • Skilled in conducting workshops, UAT cycles, parallel testing, and cutover activities.
  • Strong project management skills including risk and change control.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Optional

  • Experience working with payroll vendors and third-party integrators.
  • Familiarity with data conversion and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of global payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous involvement in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
