What you’ll bring?, At Primark, we want everyone to feel valued, so please bring your authentic self to work, along with the following key experience and abilities for this role:, •HR expertise – minimum 2+ years as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager, with strong knowledge of local employment legislation and compliance requirements., •Sector experience – background in retail or similar fast-paced, customer-facing environments with large colleague headcount., •Talent & change management – hands-on experience in talent development, performance management, and driving change initiatives., •Communication skills – highly persuasive communicator with strong delivery and facilitation skills., •Organizational & analytical ability – excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong problem-solving with commercial acumen., •Engagement & wellbeing – a passion for creating a positive, inclusive store culture and supporting colleague wellbeing., •Language & adaptability – English language skills at a communicative level, with confidence working in an international, multicultural environment., •Flexibility – willingness to travel and attend training in another city.
