Zakres obowiązków Financial leadership, accounting & reporting (PL & NL) Lead all accounting activities for Poland and the Netherlands, including GL, month‑end close, reconciliations, and internal reporting Ensure compliance with US GAAP for group reporting and local statutory accounting (Poland & Netherlands) Partner with U.S. Corporate Accounting on reporting, policy alignment, and audits Design, document, and implement SOX‑compliant internal control frameworks Tax compliance & cross‑border structuring Oversee VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing and PE matters across PL / NL / US Support U.S. Tax team on intercompany transactions and BEPS considerations Coordinate external tax advisors and ensure timely, accurate filings Lead compliance with e‑invoicing and digital reporting regulations (incl. KSeF) Plant controlling & operational finance Act as the financial business partner to the Plant Manager and operations leadership Develop standard costing, BOM accuracy, inventory controls, variance and margin analysis Deliver insights supporting efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity improvements Support operational KPIs and monthly plant performance reviews Budgeting, forecasting & planning Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts for PL and NL entities Build scenario models supporting production ramp‑up, CAPEX and headcount expansion Deliver variance analysis and clear recommendations to global leadership Partner with HR and Operations on workforce planning and labor cost modeling Statutory, audit & regulatory compliance Act as main contact for auditors, tax offices, and local authorities Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory compliance in PL and NL Maintain corporate documentation and support local governance requirements Team leadership & build‑out Build and develop the local finance organization as production scales Set standards, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement Manage relationships with external accounting and advisory firms Wymagania This position supports both the Polish manufacturing plant and the Netherlands legal entity, reporting directly to the VP of Accounting & Corporate Controller. You will work closely with the Plant Manager, local leadership teams, and U.S.-based Accounting and FP&A stakeholders.This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building structures from the ground up, operating close to the business, and working across international frameworks (US & EU). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master's / MBA a plus) Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) strongly preferred 8-12+ years of finance & accounting experience in multinational manufacturing Strong background in plant controlling, cost accounting and operational finance Proven experience with US GAAP and EU statutory reporting Solid tax knowledge (VAT, CIT, transfer pricing, PE) Experience supporting or scaling new plants / international expansions is an advantage Experience working with U.S. parent companies Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills ERP experience (Sage X3 preferred) Knowledge of EU e‑invoicing / digital reporting frameworks (KSeF a strong plus) Hands‑on, resilient, and comfortable in fast‑growth environments Strong leadership presence with the ability to build teams from scratch Excellent communication skills across cultures and functions High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and sound judgment Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information Fluent Polish and English required Dutch is a plus, not a must Oferujemy Key finance leadership role with real ownership and visibility Opportunity to build finance structures and a team from the ground up Direct exposure to U.S. leadership and international decision‑making Dynamic manufacturing environment with strong growth trajectory Ability to influence operational performance, not just report on it
