Plant Manager

Zakres obowiązków Management and continuous development of the entire production operation Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the facility in Poland (ensuring production efficiency, safety and product quality) and team numbering less than 50 employees Reporting to the COO located in the HQ Budget planning, forecasting, and cost control Analysis of production data, derivation of improvement measures Further development of the site within an international corporate group Close coordination with sales / key account management Strengthening and expanding the site's competitiveness Capacity and resource planning Development and application of innovative concepts in order to maximise the profitability of current services and revenue Wymagania Higher technical education Several years of experience gained at a similar position, preferably in similar industry Fluency in Polish and English or German Solid business administration knowledge (P&L etc.) Very good command of MS Office, ERP systems Strong leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset and approach Hands-on approach Oferujemy Stable employment in an international company with a well-established market position Company car and additional benefits
