Plant Manager (m/f)

You'll work closely with production, maintenance, and the warehouse to ensure everything runs efficiently and without interruptions. This is a hands-on role where you'll organize daily work on the shop floor, track performance, and make sure resources are used wisely.   What we offer: • Permanent full-time employment directly with the client • On-site work from Monday to Friday • Work tools: phone, laptop, and company car Plant Manager (m/f) Responsibilities: • Plan production processes in a structured way to ensure efficiency, continuity, and achievement of defined output targets for the plant. • Supervise production processes on an ongoing basis, monitoring performance and intervening when deviations from planned parameters or schedules are identified. • Manage the plant team by organizing work, assigning tasks, and providing operational guidance needed to meet production and organizational goals. • Control finances and budget within the plant scope, including monitoring costs and ensuring that production activities remain within established financial limits. • Oversee machines and production equipment, including identifying faults and coordinating necessary actions with the warehouse to secure materials or parts. • Maintain regular contact with the warehouse to coordinate material availability, finished goods flow, and support timely execution of production plans. Qualifications: • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management Engineering • At least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing • Experience in planning and managing production processes • Confidence in supervising operations and solving day-to-day issues • Team leadership experience - you know how to organize work and support people • Basic financial awareness - comfortable managing costs and budgets • Practical understanding of machinery and production equipment We inform you that companies within the Adecco Group operating in Poland have implemented a reporting procedure required by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
