Plant Manager - Wire Plant greenfield (m/f)

Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a comparable field., 5+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial role in automotive, preferable wire/cable plant., Strong background in cable manufacturing., Experience in greenfield/start-up projects is a plus., Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and plant authorizations., Strong financial and business acumen., Demonstrated leadership and team development skills., Leadership style: results-driven, hands-on, data-driven, execution-focused and capable of operating in a dynamic environment., Fluent in English and Polish.
