Production Manager

Education: technical background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, eg. Production Management or Industrial Engineering), Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role (min 5 years), Manufacturing experience – preferably in the plastics industry, Experience in Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma), Knowledge of QC/QA (Quality Control/Quality Assurance) and health & safety standards (HSE), Budgeting and cost control experience, Fluent English, Positive attitude – focusing more on opportunities to solve the problem than problem itself!, Communication skills, both written and verbal at the different level (with line operators and with upper management), Leadership skills as well as the ability to work within a team, Ability to motivate people, Out of the box thinking and an open mind, Good organization and planning skills
