Production Manager (m/f)

education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field,, minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the HVAC or heat exchanger industry,, strong knowledge of air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturing processes and materials,, proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools,, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies,, strong leadership and team management abilities,, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
