About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Assist the Delivery Manager in coordinating the activities of the delivery team.
  • Maintain and define project schedules in collaboration with the Delivery Lead.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and delays.
  • Define and maintain project communications to ensure clear and efficient information flow.
  • Coordinate team activities to align with project goals and objectives.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, including retrospectives and status updates, to foster collaboration.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Assist in creating presentations, process flows, and diagrams for internal and external use.
  • Review documents for style consistency and adherence to formatting standards.
  • Manage the team’s knowledge base, including updates and organization on platforms such as Confluence and Google Sites.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings to meet project needs.
  • Manage team calendars to ensure efficient workload prioritization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative and operational support for the Delivery Manager and team members.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing Technologies and Smart Manufacturing.
  • Support risk assessment processes, including identification and evaluation in collaboration with risk managers.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and branded content.
  • Assist with document styling and creation of visual elements, such as wordmarks and key visuals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and project delivery

Our requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Practical experience in leading team meetings (e.g., retrospectives, status meetings).
  • Proficiency in Jira for task tracking, board management, and dependency tracking.
  • Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and knowledge base management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office / Google Sheets skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project scheduling, tracking, and monitoring risks/delays.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating international teams.

Optional

  • Experience with Trello, Smartsheet, or Jira Service Management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Slack or Microsoft Teams for team communication.
  • Proven ability to create presentations, process flows, and diagrams.
