Project Manager

Your responsibilties:Projects’ management withing API Business Unit, in particular the development of manufacturing technologies of active substances in order to effectively implement the strategic goals of the OrganizationEfficient planning and implementation of projects, based on best practices, in particular projects ordered by an external customers (CDMO)Work closely with the entire API BU R&D Team and other departments/divisions to achieve defined project goalsParticipation in building cross-functional CDMO organization, streamlining existing process and setting-up new onesProject team management/leadership at every stage of its formationUsing effective communication tools to secure seamless project executionDeveloping cooperation skills in the project team and organizational structureConflict management in the projectEffective change and risk managementWe offer:Stable employment in a modern and dynamically-developing pharmaceutical company operating in international marketsContract of employment / B2B contractHybrid system of workEmployee relocation packageCompany car / car allowanceBasic salary + bonusesPrivate medical careSubsidy for mealsMultisport cardPossibility to join group life insuranceEmployee Pension ProgramPoints in the Motivizer cafeteriaOur requirements:Higher education in chemistry or related fields will be an advantage;Basic knowledge and experience in developing or conducting manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical substances under GMP conditions;Practical and theoretical (supported by certificates) knowledge of project management theory;Previous experience within CDMO organization is an advantageKnowledge of the principles of: budgeting, risk calculation, negotiations;High interpersonal skills, also in communication with external clientsAbility to translate project goals and client requirements to the project teamMinimum 5 years of experience in project management;Knowledge of project management support tools is welcome, e.g. MS Project, Jira or similarVery good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)Very good ability to present project statuses using Ms Office or other packages
