About the project
Your responsibilities
- Management of internal and external events and 3rd party agreements / engagements. Collaboration with event Management organization
- Purchase order / invoice management and accounts setup in financial systems
- Simplification and excellence of existing processes
- Coordinates with global users and business stakeholders for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria.
- Marketing and promo activities (incl. traditional and Social Media channels) - Social Media calendar management and collaboration with external marketing agency
- Content collection from IT employees for enhanced engagement and market presence
- Rollout of the global solutions and introduction of innovative programs. Contributes to creation and analysis of metrics / OKRs that measure the user experience of the solution including satisfaction, adoption, engagement, and task success ultimately delivering value to the customer.
- Ad hoc support for DHub management (including projects)
- Creation of reports and presentations
Our requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in administration and simplification of processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Team spirit
- Result orientation
- Start up attitude
- Analytical acumen
- Understanding of IT terminology/topics, Digital savvy
- Experience in working in a matrix organization would be a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams etc.
