Quality Manager (Greenfield Project)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a comparable discipline, At least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality engineering or quality control within a manufacturing setting, Solid understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and relevant industry standards, Practical experience with quality tools, including root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC), Knowledge of product testing methods, inspection processes, and material specifications, Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high level of attention to detail, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality management software or systems, Quality-related certifications (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt) are considered an asset, Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
