Quality Manager (m/f)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field,, 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality control within a manufacturing environment,, strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and industry standards,, experience with quality tools such as root cause analysis, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and statistical process control (SPC),, familiarity with product testing, inspection techniques, and material specifications,, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail,, excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams,, proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/systems,, certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus,, previous supervisor experience preferred.
