Wymagania
The candidate must be able to litigate claims against any airline without any potential conflicts of interest., Requirements:, A valid Attorney at Law license in Poland and professional liability insurance., Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or airlines and aviation law is a plus, but is not required., Knowledge of relevant consumer protection laws and aviation regulations is a plus, but is not required., Proven track record of success in in-court collection., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess case merits, conduct legal research, and develop effective legal strategies., Ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track statute of limitations., Experience in automating and standardizing claims management processes to scale up quickly.
