This role focuses on integrating AI into workflows to drive scalable and consistent execution across teams.What we offer:Contract Length: 9 months+ prolongationType of contract: B2B ContractSalary grids: 40-43 euro/hWork Model: RemoteMain Responsibilities:Define and lead the strategy for new sales excellence initiatives in Salesforce, frameworks, and processes across the sales cycle while embedding AI into daily workflows.Lead AI-first commercial process reengineering in collaboration with business and role owners to create clarity, alignment, and consistency across client solution teams and regions.Ensure all frameworks are aligned with Client Solutions needs and business priorities.Manage strategic initiatives from ideation through delivery and change management.Define clear objectives, success metrics, timelines, and governance.Collaborate closely with Client Solutions, GTM, RevOps, Marketing, IT, and Enablement to drive adoption and change.Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, translating strategy into execution.Key Requirements:Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Excellence, Enablement, RevOps, Consulting, or equivalent roles.Proven ability to design and operationalize end-to-end processes in complex, matrixed organizations.Strong project management and execution discipline.Proven experience working with SalesforceHigh business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong interest in AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.Highly autonomous, structured, and impact-oriented mindset.Nice to Have:Experience with AI technologies and tools.Background in change management.Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
