Alongside client work, we also create our own internal products (including a social live‑selling platform). We work with both Polish and international clients — including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns. We built the first cashless and self‑service stores in Poland, and our team was among the pioneers of building automation.The roleWe’re looking for a Sales Representative to support and grow our lead generation and early sales efforts. This role is a great fit if you enjoy researching companies, reaching out to decision‑makers, and opening new conversations in the high‑tech and AI space.What you’ll doIndependently research and identify high‑potential leads and decision‑makersRun outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other toolsQualify inbound and outbound leads and assess real sales potentialActively book and hand over intro calls to the sales teamCollaborate closely with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and targetingMaintain data quality and pipeline visibility in PipedriveSupport market analysis and outreach strategy for selected industries (AI, medtech, biotech, high‑tech)Requirements3+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or B2B sales support (preferably in tech or software)Good understanding of IT services, software development, or emerging technologiesFluent Polish (C1) and English (B2+)Strong communication, research, and qualification skillsProactive mindset and ability to work independentlyWhat we offer7500–11 500 PLN (B2B or UZ)20/26 paid vacation days 🌴100% remote work and flexible working hoursEmployee referral bonusesEquipment of your choice (MacBook by default)Interesting, challenging projects- we only take on the ones we believe in :-)Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport 🏃‍♂️‍➡️
