About the project
Your responsibilities
- Manage SAP Basis support including coordination with OEDIV, the SAP hosting provider.
- Administer SAP user management tasks such as onboarding new users, assigning roles, and handling password management.
- Provide EDI support and maintain communication with Eddyson, the EDI service provider.
- Support SAP configuration activities, including occasional form improvements, job management for document processing, and establishing new routes for inbound deliveries.
- Conduct detailed analyses related to SAP issues and propose viable solutions.
- Develop, test, and implement solutions to address identified problems.
- Manage the software pipeline across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
Our requirements
- Experience in SAP Basis support and administration.
- Familiarity with SAP user management and role assignment processes.
- Knowledge of EDI systems and experience working with external providers.
- Ability to analyze system issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Experience with SAP system configuration and job management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
