Zakres obowiązków Short‑term responsibilities (initial phase): Booking and review of a very limited volume of accounting transactions Support with clean‑up of historical documentation, including legacy foreign‑entity topics Day‑to‑day accounting activities in Sage Close cooperation with the future Plant Controller Ongoing collaboration with US‑based accounting and finance teams Ad‑hoc accounting and reporting support as required Target scope as production ramps up: Ownership of end‑to‑end accounting operations for the Polish entity Active participation in month‑end and year‑end closing Support in resolving remaining historical and cross‑border accounting matters Contribution to finance process build‑up and stabilization Potential involvement in team expansion as the organization grows Wymagania Required: Senior‑level, hands‑on accounting experience Fluent English (daily cooperation with US headquarters) Experience working in an international environment High level of comfort with ambiguity, low structure, and evolving scope Proactive, independent working style Background options: Senior Accountant, or Accountant with clear ambition to grow into a broader role Nice to have: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Exposure to Dutch or other foreign entities ERP experience (preferably Sage) Previous involvement in greenfield or ramp‑up projects Oferujemy Permanent employment contract Entry into a greenfield manufacturing project with long‑term potential Direct exposure to US headquarters and senior international stakeholders Opportunity to shape accounting processes from an early stage Scope expansion aligned with business growth rather than fixed structures
