Senior IT Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Analyst to join our Deposits Domain team within Group Technology. This is a key role focused on driving business and technical requirement specifications, working closely with Product Owners and Implementation Teams under SAFe Agile Practices.About the role:The Deposits Domain maintains Personal Banking customers’ accounts and deposits on the platform (Temenos Transact), serving around 6.5 million accounts. You will analyze business needs, model data, and contribute to delivering robust and scalable IT solutions.Your responsibilities:Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements across multiple stakeholdersManage change initiatives aligned with target solutions focusing on scalability and robustnessEnsure delivery meets client standards, quality, and timelinesFacilitate agile collaboration between business, IT, and external partnersProvide coaching and guidance to maximize customer valueStay up to date with industry trends and best practicesContribute to innovating and modernizing the application portfolioWhat we expect from you:Strong requirements analysis and business/data modelling skillsGood understanding of enterprise architecture and system communication methodsExperience with complex datasets and proficiency in SQLKnowledge of banking processes and business domainHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and adapt to changeAdditional advantages:Experience in banking environmentsFamiliarity with Hadoop ecosystem and SnowflakeEmployment details:Contract type: B2BRate: 100-120 PLN per hour (depending on experience)Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia – hybrid work model (2 days per week on-site)Start date: ASAP / within one month
