Your responsibilities

• Creating short, functional animations for use in the app (e.g., onboarding, overlays, feature presentations)
• Simplifying complex interactions through clear and intuitive motion design
• Designing microinteractions, transitions, and motion systems that enhance usability and reduce cognitive load
• Preparing motion assets for paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, display, HTML5), including short-form video content
• Adapting creative concepts to various formats while maintaining consistency and high performance
• Collaborating with product and marketing teams, and iterating on designs based on data and campaign results
• Creating high-quality animations in After Effects with well-structured project files
• Preparing and optimizing Lottie animations for performance (mobile, web, ads)
• Exporting assets in various formats (Lottie JSON, MP4, GIF, HTML5)
• Ensuring technical quality, scalability, and compliance with platform requirements

Our requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in motion design (e-commerce, digital product, or agency)
• Portfolio showcasing UX motion projects and marketing campaigns (including video)
• Experience working with Lottie and basic knowledge of HTML5
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Good understanding of UX and usability principles
• Ability to use motion to improve clarity and user experience
• Knowledge of accessibility principles in motion design (e.g., reduced motion)

Optional

• Skills in character animation, storyboarding, or motion prototyping
• Knowledge of expressions / basic scripting in After Effects
• Experience collaborating with developers
• Experience working with motion systems or frameworks
• Good understanding of paid social environments and performance-driven creatives
• Interest in AI tools in motion, video, or design
