We built this software to enable democratic nations to defend themselves.If you are motivated by building resilient systems that matter and by seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll find purpose here.What we’re looking for:We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across the EU region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing suppliers, maintaining optimal stock levels, overseeing logistics, and ensuring accurate asset accounting within the ERP system.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth supply chain operations.What you’ll do:Manage end-to-end procurement process for the EU regionIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standardsMaintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishmentCreate and manage purchase ordersMonitor inventory movements and warehouse balancesEnsure accurate asset accounting and data management within the ERP systemOversee logistics operations, including transportation and delivery coordinationOptimize procurement and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with finance, operations, and warehouse teamsMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual termsPrepare procurement and inventory reports for managementWhat we need:Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics managementExperience managing procurement within the EU regionUnderstanding of stock control and inventory management principlesExperience in logistics coordinationStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsExcellent organizational and analytical skillsStrong communication skillsEnglish – professional working proficiencyAt least Intermediate level of PolishWould be an advantage:Experience in tech / electronics / hardware procurementExperience with international logisticsKnowledge of EU import/export regulationsExperience in public companiesWhat you’ll get:The opportunity to work on products that directly impact modern warfareInternational working environmentOpportunity to build and optimize procurement processesCompetitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package (insurance, paid sick leave, 20 paid days off per year)Flexible remote work options where possiblePlease note that, as a leading defense tech company, we take operations security seriously and may need to perform additional background checks as part of our hiring process.
