Senior Project Manager (Product Development & Engineering)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience., Minimum 7 years of proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a structured environment., Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) with strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and governance models., Experience delivering long-term projects across multiple line organizations, preferably in a regulated industry., Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding project managers and team members., Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change., Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
