Zakres obowiązków Ensure accurate and timely completion of record-to-report processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international standards. Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies. Provide expertise in Greek accounting practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all financial processes. Wymagania Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proven experience in record-to-report processes within the accounting and finance industry. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
