As a Senior/Staff AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and advancing cutting-edge solutions in the field of robotics and physical AI. If you have exceptional AI engineering skills and want to shape the future of AI in the physical world, we’d love to connect.Essential functionsYou will be a part of the RnD team, designing and developing models for dexterous robotic manipulation for Manufacturing and Logistics applicationsLead and contribute to cutting-edge research in robotic perception, motion generation, and physical AIDesign, develop, and experiment with novel algorithms, architectures, and techniques that enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our AI modelsDesign and implement robotic applications combining conventional computer vision, motion planning, and VLA/RL modelsDefine data generation, collection, and curation strategies; supervise data collection to scale up our datasets and model capabilitiesQualificationsExcellent fundamentals and excellent implementation skills in deep learning, vision models, or multimodal modelsStrong engineering ability with Python and PyTorch, experience building ML models from scratch in PyTorch and/or JAX/FlaxExcellent system design skills and experience with complex collaborative AI projects, ability to implement research ideas in a clean way and productize AI pipelinesExperience with robotic manipulation (manufacturing or logistics applications) or other physical AI projects (ADAS, autonomous driving, etc.) is a big plusExperience working with large scale AI training (GPU clusters, Ray)Strong publication record in deep learning, generative models, computer vision, or physical AI (RL, VLA) MS or PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experienceWe offerOpportunity to work on bleeding-edge projectsWork with a highly motivated and dedicated teamCompetitive salaryFlexible scheduleBenefits package - medical insurance, sportsCorporate social eventsProfessional development opportunitiesWell-equipped officeAbout usGrid Dynamics (NASDAQ: GDYN) is a leading provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and advanced analytics services.
