Your responsibilities

  • processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service,
  • forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
  • ensuring the quality of communication,
  • registering and analyzing reports,
  • suggesting improvements and optimizations,
  • diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them.

Our requirements

  • fluency in English, French and Polish (at least B2),
  • familiarity with IT technologies and general interest in modern solutions
  • knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package,
  • team-oriented attitude.high-level communication skills.
