Their products rely heavily on integrations with external systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms to deliver accurate, real-time insights. The data platform team is responsible for ensuring that data flows reliably across these systems. The company operates in a fast-growing space at the intersection of HR tech and data infrastructure.Role overviewWe are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join the Data Platform team responsible for building and scaling the company’s integrations infrastructure. In this role, you will define the technical direction of the platform, design scalable data pipelines, and improve the reliability and quality of integrations. You will work on data normalization, observability tooling, and AI-driven solutions supporting data mapping and quality improvements. The position requires close collaboration with product and engineering leadership, as well as mentoring other engineers within the organization.
